How to change a user's role?


We handle user permissions through a set of user roles that grant access or not to specific features of our platform. The current roles are Admin, Specialist, Agent and Spectator. The table below indicates the features that are accessible to each specific role.

Granting a specific role

Any Admin user can edit the role of a given user, users aren't able to change their own roles by themselves.

User roles can be assigned to team members by going to "Settings > Team Settings > Team Members"
